Our care plans are designed as preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything like this happening. 

Sites breaking or being hacked usually happen because website security patches are not applied or the components of the site are not kept up to date.  We take care of all this so you can sleep easy.

In the instance that your site does need some emergency care we are right by your side.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but we can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

If you want additional changes or tasks outside of the plan we’ll ask you to complete a separate project brief so we can be clear on what your requirements are and we can supply you with a quotation. 

Of Course!  However we prefer to use our recommended providers.  We’ve worked with many over the years and know the best providers for speed, service and uptime.  We’ll review your web hosting and talk to your hosting company to make sure it fits your needs.

If you prefer to move your website to our Premium Website Hosting, we offer migration for a one-off fee starting at £150
