Third Sector Leaders
The Brief
Third Sector Leaders asked us to redesign their existing website but incorporate functionality that they were utilising other websites for to keep everything together.
Our Approach
When we initially sat down with Third Sector Leaders the brief was to redesign their existing website but incorporate a members area (something they had previously utilised GroupSpaces for). Another requirement we had to meet was keeping the organisations up to date with events. We reviewed all options for these requirements and implemented and Members area within the website and automated the subscription payments with Paypal (previously a manual invoicing task). Third Sector Leaders continued to list their events on EventBrite but we integrated this within the website so all the information can be obtained without leaving the site. Lastly Third Sector Leaders were constantly being asked by other third sector organisations to post jobs on their behalf so we have added a job advertisement functionality so the organisations can post their job directly on the website without the need for Third Sector Leaders admin staff to be involved in this process.
The Results
Since the website launch the local third sector organisations have joined via the website and frequently access the members area of the website. They post their jobs, share their news and access the members only content provided by Third Sector Leaders. Saving some precious hours in admin for the Third Sector Leaders team!
