Medical Employment Solutions
The Brief
Medical Employment Solutions are a brand new startup business that approached us to design and build their new Job Board website specifically for the medical industry. With big ambitions the brief was that this site had to compete with the well established competitors like Indeed and Total Jobs. The website had to boast all the features you’d expect such as payments integration so employers can pay to post their job listing plus CV uploads and Job alert emails.
Our Approach
In our project kick off meeting we discovered the vast medical experience of the Directors. Working in Nursing and the medical profession for many years they brought a wealth of experience and knew exactly what the site needed to offer for both the employers and the candidates. The requirements were very detailed and it was fantastic to work with a business that knew exactly what they wanted to achieve and what the website needed to do.
The Results
This functionally rich website has give Medical Employment Solutions everything they need to begin the next step of their new venture. The team are actively seeking and receiving fantastic feedback from their peers in the medical industry as they spread the word and push for this site to be the number 1 choice for both employers and candidates in the industry.
