Appliance Repair Training
The Brief
The brief here was simple but big! Our client wanted to be the biggest and best Appliance Repair Training Centre in the UK! The website must show the visitor this and allow them to enrol on courses and pay in full or a deposit to secure their course place.
Our Approach
In our requirements gathering stage we captured all the relevant information to allow us to build the website. We captured the detail down to the exact shade of orange and purple to match their branding and keep the brand consistent with their other websites and marketing materials. We worked through the customer flow, from first visiting the website to the checkout flow and payment. We discussed design ideas before publishing a draft site map for the client to sign off.
The Results
Following a very successful website launch the courses for the coming months are booking up fast and 2020 is already looking to be a successful first year in Appliance Training for NAC.
