New Client Information

In order to work on your site, we will need access to your WordPress admin as well as your server and FTP information. If you are unsure about this information, ask your web host or the person that set up your website to help.

All information submitted here is encrypted for your protection.

Please verify login credentials by logging into each site before submitting this form.

New Client Information

Web Hosting Details

This is the company that hosts the files that make up your website. Popular hosts include: CrazyDomains, GoDaddy, Bluehost, Siteground, WPEngine etc. You can type your current website address into the tool at who.is and look for the Nameservers if you've forgotten.

Where do you go to log in?

Domain Registrar

Your domain registrar is the company you pay to reserve the name of your site on the web. They turn things like 208.44.161.180 into www.yourdomain.com. It may or may not be the same as your hosting company (we recommend your domain registrar is separate from your web hosting). Popular domain registrars include: CrazyDomains, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hover, etc.

Where do you go to login?

FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

In addition to your web host login, you should have a separate username, host and password that allows you to use an FTP program to transfer files to your web host. If you don't know this information, you can call and ask your web host where to find it, or I can most likely get to it if you've provided the information above.

Usually 'yourdomain.com' or 'ftp.yourdomain.com'

WordPress Admin Login

This is the login you use to get to your WordPress dashboard to make changes to your site. Usually accessed at yoursite.com/login

Where you do you go to login? (hint: yourdomain.com/wp-login.php)

Email List Service (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc)

We'll need the login details so we can integrate your sign up form on your website.

e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign

Google Analytics

Analytics helps to gather useful data about your website visitors to make better decisions about what is and isn't working. We recommend all websites have Google Analytics installed.

Excellent - please add steve@solutionisegroup.com to your account as an admin. You can find instructions here on how to add users to your Google Analytics account

Phew - all done!

If it took you a while to gather this information, we have two pieces of good news:

1. We'll be working with you at the start of the project to implement a secure and seamless password management system so you can access all your online properties easily when you need to.

2. At the end of your project, you'll receive a password protected document with all the above information gathered in one place.
